H. Troy Merrill

Mr. Merrill is a Partner in the Houston, Texas office of The Arbitrage Group, Inc..  Mr. Merrill is responsible for the Rebate Practice of The Group.  In this capacity, he is responsible for: 

• The implementation and development of The Group's Rebate Practice;

• The delivery of  arbitrage consulting services as they relate to rebate;

• Research of technical issues; and,

• The supervision and training of the arbitrage rebate specialists.

Prior to joining The Group, Mr. Merrill was a Manager in the National Arbitrage Practice of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP.  His experience was concentrated in the review and/or preparation of rebate and penalty in lieu of rebate computations.  He served in this capacity for over three years. 

Prior to joining the National Arbitrage Practice of KPMG, Mr. Merrill was a consultant for a computer software company.  His experience was concentrated in audits of system utilization and implementation of software.

Mr. Merrill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
