Required Documents for Arbitrage Rebate Computation Services

Documents Required (as applicable only)

  1. Official Statement or Private Placement Memorandum for the Bonds

  2. Certificate as to Arbitrage or similar document

  3. Trust Indenture

  4. IRS Form 8038

  5. Accountant's Verification Report for the Bonds, if they are Refunding Bonds, or if the Bonds have been Refunded

  6. If the Bonds have been Refunded, the Certificate as to Arbitrage or similar document for the Refunding Bonds

  7. All prior Rebate Calculations

  8. Schedule of Debt Service Payments - Variable Rate Bond Issues only

  9. Schedule of Letter of Credit Fees paid and copy of respective Invoices

  10. Bond Insurance Premium paid with respect to the Bonds

  11. Trust statements (or equivalent) indicating detailed investment activity for the entire Computation Period for each fund/account in which gross proceeds of the Bonds were held. Investment activity details include such items as:

a. Type of investment
b. Date of purchase/purchase price
c. Interest rate
d. Maturity date
e. Interest payment dates
f. Interest calculation methodology
g. Date of sale/sales price
