Arbitrage Rebate Computation Fee Quote

Thank you for reaching out to The Arbitrage Group, Inc. for a fee quote for your Bonds. To better help us understand the scope of your needs, please provide us with the general information noted below regarding the Bonds as well as the contact information for the appropriate member of your team. In addition, if possible to provide a more accurate fee quote please forward via email a copy of two minor items from the Closing Transcript of Legal Documents executed when the Bonds closed. These two items include:

1. The Overall Table of Contents or Index that organizes the entire volume(s) of closing documents by tab or section #; and
2. IRS Form 8038-G or 8038, which should be a listed line item in table of contents (noted in #1).
