Arbitrage Group, Inc. was formed as a result of KPMG LLP’s
decision to discontinue providing services related to arbitrage
compliance.
We are comprised entirely of the management group members of
KPMG’s former National Arbitrage Practice. We
are totally dedicated to providing arbitrage compliance services on a national basis
to issuers, borrowers, financial advisors, underwriters, and attorneys.
As industry professionals, we are trained and experienced.
