Arbitrage Group, Inc. was initially formed over ten years ago as a result of KPMG’s
decision to discontinue providing services related to arbitrage
compliance.
With the recent opening of our Wisconsin office, we remain entirely
comprised of management group members of former National Arbitrage
Practices.
We
are totally dedicated to providing arbitrage compliance services on a national basis
to issuers, borrowers, financial advisors, underwriters, and attorneys.
